Guidelines for submitting your nominations:

• You may enter under multiple categories.
• Please check the eligibility for each category before submitting your nomination.
• All fields within each category are mandatory, any blank fields will result in your submission not being put forward.
• Please note the Chartered Institute East Anglia group do not take any responsibility for cross checking entries against the Code of Fundraising Practice – we encourage all nominations to do this before submitting entries.
• If supporting documents are required, please click the button at the bottom of each awards category page and fill in the ‘supporting documents’ form before emailing to eastanglia@ciof.org.uk, adhering to the stipulated guidelines.

All nominations and any supporting materials must be received by 5.00pm, on Friday 24 May 2024.  No entries will be accepted after this date.
