27 Sep Campfield Road Memorial Site – Shoebury Residents’ Association
We raised funds to plant a large Hornbeam Tree next to the memorial site, in memory of the Shoebury Royal Regiment of Artillery (1848 – 1998). We also wanted to pay tribute to our local Cubs, who have kept the memorial clear of weeds for some time.
On 25th October 2022 at 10.30 am we will have a Gun Team with standard bearers and our Cubs attend to commemorate this new addition.
If any member can spare the time to attend, it would show our appreciation to all those that served our Country during both wars.
