Do you believe everyone should have a place to call home and the chance to lead a fulfilling life?
HARP is a growing Southend-on-Sea based charity working to prevent homelessness and help vulnerable and socially excluded people to transform their lives. Each day our staff and volunteers work with individuals to tackle the underlying causes of homelessness, such as poor mental health or drug and alcohol dependency. From supporting people in crisis to helping them take the final steps towards independence and employment, we make a difference to over 1,000 lives every year.
We are recruiting a Communications & Digital Fundraising Coordinator to lead on public and internal comms, as well as Digital Fundraising initiative for our Charity in Southend. Reporting to the Head of Fundraising, and working alongside the Community Fundraiser, this exciting role is instrumental in making sure HARP is front of mind for our local supporters, and gives them innovative digital methods by which to support homeless people in the town.
If you have experience of managing communications, fundraising or marketing campaigns, have excellent communication skills, and a passion for increasing funding for disadvantaged people, we would love to hear from you. Your skill and experience will have a direct impact in helping local people overcome homeless for good.
Closing date: Thursday 24th June (noon)
