We teach children from ages 3, core skills, listening, stranger awareness, ages 5 to 7 concentration difficulties, social skills, agility, gross motor skills, balance, hand eye coordination, ages 8 to 14 respect, discipline, focus, self belief, a can do attitude, resilience, self awareness, responsibility, humility, values and ethos of martial arts.

When you begin your training your age, gender, and current physical condition really does not matter. Everyone begins with the basics and then naturally moves towards more advanced techniques.
