About the Organisation

At Hamstel there is always a warm welcome awaiting you in an environment that is both happy and safe. Our special motto is ‘We Care…’ and this is fundamental to everyone and everything we do.

Our school is an inclusive, caring and vibrant educational learning space with an onsite Nursery. Hamstel serves east central Southend and is sited in the Southchurch ward.

We share the site with our partner Junior School and the Children and Family Centre; collectively we provide excellent education from birth to 11 years.
