Helping young people to thrive and flourish.
Young people are crying out for a world that is fairer. Many want to be part of changing it for the better. Each week The Salvation Army engages thousands of young people aged 4-25 through its many churches and community-based programmes.

Our Sunday worship is centred on Jesus and forms an important part of our church life. It gives us a chance to get together to spend time in worship to God, praying and reflecting on the Bible. Our 10am service is open to all and you will receive a warm welcome from the moment you step through the door.
Our services are relaxed, but respectful and include varied music which can be inspiring as well as challenging. We use a mixture of traditional and contemporary styles. As well as congregational singing, there are typically items from our adult and junior choirs and from our brass band.
The Christian teaching is for all ages; the service includes a children's spot which provides fun Christian teaching which is enjoyed by all. There is also a Sunday Club for the children following the 10.30am service.
To provide opportunities for friendship and informal relaxed discussion, we also offer an invitation to meet in one of our small group sessions currently held on the 2nd Friday of the month at 2pm. For further details please feel free to call into the centre or telephone 01702 716607.
