Southend City Council has commissioned a new enhanced information, advice and guidance service to CAS from 1st April 2022.
Such support may relate to Debt and Money management, Benefit advice and maximization of income, financial capability. Housing and the risk of eviction, dealing with eviction notices, Employment and family issues for example.
The CAS service operates in eight outreach centers including the Civic Centre along with being accessible in their own building in Church Road providing face to face support to those requiring it, telephone assistance, webchats, e-mails and also via the website.
