Full Circle

Full Circle works with offenders with complex and additional needs across the whole of Essex (excluding Thurrock & Southend unitary authorities). The complex and additional needs include substance misuse, mental health, learning disabilities or any other need that, if left unmet, is likely to increase the risk of reoffending. Full Circle supports service users to access the services they need to engage with to address their unmet needs. Full Circle also deliver the Horizon’s project and work within HMP Chelmsford.
