22.2 to 37 hours per week
Grade 2 (upper): £23,298 – £25,661 per annum pro rata
Temporary 26 week contract
FOOD (Food On Our Doorstep) Clubs aims to provide regular access to a sustainable supply of food to people at risk of food insecurity. Encourage families to access local support services and be signposted to other agencies. Increase disposable income for local families to improve life chances and wellbeing. Reduce the amount of food being sent to landfill in the UK by utilizing surplus food.
The FOOD Club Coordinator will overseeing all aspects of the day-to-day running of the programme in consultation with the Regional FOOD Club Co-ordinator, to ensure the clubs have high standards of service delivery and are delivered to the target number of families.
You will have supervisory oversight including budget monitoring, stock control, recruitment of staff & volunteers, induction & training, supervision, and appraisal. Analyse data to report on KPI’s, including uptake of the scheme, service user income, positive financial impact on families.
You will have previous experience in at least one of the following environments: retail, health & safety, environmental health, education and/or previous work with families with previous experience motivating and developing a staff team to deliver targets.
