Join us for a free forest bathing taster session with Ruth of Forest Clouds Nature Therapy.
This session is available for free to help those who have been experiencing poor mental health during the pandemic and are looking to improve their wellbeing.
On this day, SECE Mind will be joining forces with organisations across England and Wales to take part in ‘Mindful Monday’, as part of the Great British Week of Sport in partnership with ukactive. Together we are using the power of physical activity to help tackle mental health problems.
