Funding for Black led organisations

Funding for Black led organisations

Do it Now Now have launched the Common Call COVID fund to support Black-led charities and social enterprises making a difference in their local communities across the UK.

Eligible organisations can apply for unrestricted grant support ranging from £1K-£3K to address the difficulties of COVID-19, which will also come with 1 year of support, giving grantees access to key experts, peers, resources, skills and tools to help them grow.

Set up with funds raised from the Paul Hamlyn Foundation, the Common Call fund will support organisations led by people that identify as Black or Mixed with Black, that are creating impact in deprived communities and providing services to people that have been adversely affected by the COVID-19 crisis in terms of their physical health, mental health and/or financially. Your beneficiaries should primarily be people that identify as Black or Mixed with Black.

The funding closes on 31st August 2020 and funds will be paid out in October 2020.
