Marketing Officer – RAD

Home based (option to work at one of our offices in London or Essex one or two days per week if preferred)
30 hours per week (worked over four or five days but must include Monday and Friday)
Salary approx. £26,000 full time equivalent (£20,800 for 30 hours), depending on experience

We are looking for a person with marketing experience to join TeamRAD as we enter a major expansion phase. The successful candidate will be a native signer or have a native level of fluency in BSL and be able to create impactful content to promote our projects and services.

If you have a proven track record of creative and successful promotion through social media, are energetic, enthusiastic and highly motivated, with excellent digital marketing skills, this could be the job for you.

This role will be on a permanent contract with life assurance benefit and generous pension contributions. Your work will make a positive difference to the lives of deaf people across Britain.

Essential requirements include:
Proven track record of creative and successful promotion through social media
Proven ability to build, manage and develop key stakeholder and customer relationships
Experience of performance monitoring and evaluation
Experience of prioritising workload when working on and managing multiple tasks
Ability to successfully promote to the deaf community in an engaging and creative manner
Highly motivated and able to work autonomously, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent digital marketing skills, good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
Commitment to performance and accountability
Energy, enthusiasm and flair to work hard and achieve ambitious targets
Commitment to equality and diversity
Highly motivated and can work well on own or as part of a team, flexible and positive approach to change
