Become and Volunteer at St Vincent’s Southend.

Have you ever thought about Volunteering? We have lots of opportunities from helping in our foodbank, befriending to helping at the Kindness kitchens that run out of the centre. You’re not just a volunteer at St. Vincent’s you are part of a community of people who want to Turn Concern into Action.

Dementia Support in our community.

Have your every thought about being befriender to someone with dementia? Dementia can be isolating both the person who has the illness and for their carer. Befriending for 1 hour a week this can be a means of social and emotional support and reducing this isolation. Befriending is a worthwhile and rewarding role. If you would be interested, we are running free training on the 4th of September 2:30pm to 4pm please contact on 01702 592980 to book your place.
