11 Apr Radical Change Lead – The Essex Recovery Foundation (ERF)
The Essex Recovery Foundation (ERF) is a charity with a growing recovery community working together to improve treatment and recovery services across Essex.
We are looking for a Radical Change Lead to join our team at Essex Recovery Foundation. You will be responsible for delivering the ‘Influencing Life-Changing Services’ strategy where we will look to reform the commissioning process for addiction and recovery services in Essex.
We are recruiting a Radical Change Lead to be responsible for the third section of our strategy; ‘Influencing Life-Changing Services’. This is a brand-new role and to fulfill it effectively you will be an agitator who understands how to balance that approach with diplomacy. The core purpose of this role is to reform the commissioning process for addiction and recovery services in Essex and to put the recovery community at the heart of this.
SALARY £35,000 – £47,500 per annum
PLACE OF WORK This is a hybrid role and will be based at home. The role will also require some travel across Essex.
WORKING HOURS 30 hours per week. We can be flexible about the pattern of work.
CONTRACT 1 year fixed term (with a view to continuing subject to funding).

You will work closely with your colleagues at Essex Recovery Foundation, as well as our partners at Essex County Council and other stakeholders. Most importantly, you will build strong relationships with our recovery community and develop a system that ensures their voice is amplified and heard which ultimately leads to change.
