Recovery Space Coordinators – The Essex Recovery Foundation (ERF)

The Essex Recovery Foundation (ERF) is a charity with a growing recovery community working together to improve treatment and recovery services across Essex.

We are recruiting four Recovery Space Coordinators with each role being part time, 15 hours per week and based in different locations. You can apply for two of the roles if you would prefer to work four days per week. Based in one of four quadrants in the county of Essex (West, North, Mid and South) as an ERF Space Coordinator, you will be working roughly 50% delivery and 50% planning and development time to start with.

The ERF Space Coordinators will be self-starters and able to work with initiative but rest assured, you will receive guidance from the Community Partnership Lead and help from our Activity Support Volunteer Team. Together, you will prepare and launch a space for the recovery community to come together and be part of various activities, initiatives, and training opportunities. Working as a key part of the ERF team, your work will be integral to building a county wide, recovery community that will be trained, supported and empowered to take the lead in commissioning drug and alcohol treatment services in Essex.

SALARY £25,000 to £33,500 pro rata

PLACE OF WORK This is a hybrid role and will be based at the ERF recovery space once it is up and running. The role will also require some travel across Essex. Accountable to: Community Partnership Lead

WORKING HOURS 15 hours per week. We can be flexible about the pattern of work.

CONTRACT 1 year fixed term (with a view to continuing subject to funding). PLEASE NOTE: Each of the four roles are 15 hours per week so it is possible for you to apply for two of the vacant roles meaning you would work 30 hours per week if successful.
