Situated in the heart of Southend-on-Sea, The SAVS Conference Room is a modern, accessible and affordable space ideal for networking, meetings, conferences and training.
Our bright and spacious room can hold up to 60 people theatre or café style or 30 boardroom style. It’s ideal for meetings, conferences, courses, presentations and workshops.
The room comes fully equipped with computer and audio visual equipment, including free wireless internet. We offer a range of catering options too.
And because all revenue from room hire supports our work with local charities, you’ll not only get a great venue for your event – you’ll be helping the community too.

Our Location
The SAVS Centre is located at the heart of Southend, just a three minute walk from Southend Central station (Fenchurch Street line) and a 12 minute walk from Southend Victoria station (Liverpool Street line).
The Travel Centre, which connects Southend with an extensive bus and coach network, is a three minute walk away.
If you’re coming by car, there are various council-run car parks in Southend, including one on Alexandra Street itself. There is also an NCP car park at Southend Central station.
The SAVS Conference Room is available to hire 7 days a week.
Affordable Prices
Room Hire Pricing
Bookings for weekdays are charged at an hourly rate unless booked for the whole/half day when that rate will apply. Weekday evenings are charged at an hourly rate with one off surcharge after 7pm. Weekends are charged for a minimum of 4 hours plus a one off surcharge. Our Conference Room is able to accommodate up to 60 people depending on your chosen layout.
