24 Jun Southend SEND Partnership Strategy consultation – have your say
The Southend special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) Partnership is seeking views on a draft SEND Strategy for 2022 to 2025. You can read the draft strategy here.
We want all children and young people with SEND to thrive and be happy. The strategy will shape local action plans so it’s important that we get it right.
We want to hear from:
- young people with SEND
- parent carers of children and young people with SEND
- professionals that support children and young people with SEND.
Feedback can be given at a face-to-face or online engagement event or by completing a short survey. We are also running an engagement session specifically for young people on Saturday 9 July from 9:30am to 11:00am at TrustLinks, 47 Fairfax Drive, Westcliff-on-Sea, SS0 9AG.
Details of how to get involved, including event booking links, can be found on the Your Say Southend consultation page. Please have your say and share information about the consultation as widely as possible.
The consultation closing date is 29 July.
