The role of an Advocacy Support worker is to offer a variety of support via advocacy, training, teaching and coaching to young adults with Learning Disabilities so that they can increase their independence and lead an exciting and fulfilling life. We need your help and creativity to support someone to have the best life they can, to learn new things, to work in a team, to be active and to make people ‘smile’. The role is based around the needs of the young adults and a rota that suits them and may be supporting 1 person at a time through to working with a number of people.
We are looking for an Advocate/Support Worker to advocate for and promote the best outcomes for all in mind. We have a strong focus on staff wellbeing and progression and want people to come and join and partner with us to make our service users’ lives the best they can be.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent: 2 or 3 days per week on-site, up to 15 hours
Salary: £9.50 phr
