The Ironworks Fundraising Events – April and May 2023

We need YOUR help
We are thrilled with what we have all achieved as a community with phase one of The Ironworks Southend
Together we have created a safe, accessible space for everyone to come together to socialise, experience new skills, trade, have a platform to do pretty much anything people want, learn, and most importantly enjoy

Whilst the ground floor of the unit is fantastic – it’s busy and bustling, we need to open up the other 4 floors in this magnificent building to not only take this project to the ’next level’ but open up vital income streams to truly make The Ironworks sustainable – phase 2.
WE NEED YOUR HELP to do this!
We are launching a campaign to raise the funds to install a working lift and an additional stairwell.

The Ironworks Southend is a venue for YOU, for everyone in this community, and amongst the many plans, we hope to build a state of the art ‘Community Theatre’, with performances space, rehearsal rooms, extra exhibition space, and an area to host a City Centre Youth Club. This will not only bring in additional income to the not-for-profit CIC – it will provide job opportunities and even more opportunities for us all to enjoy.
As well as exploring the funding route, we are putting together a jam-packed, interactive explosion of fundraising events for everyone to enjoy and rally together to raise funds for this much-needed venue in Southend.
We are also looking for commercial partners who share our ethos to potentially rent out other floors in the building- again to be completely accessible we will need the additional lift and stairwell.
If you would like to help, want a fundraising pack, have a fundraising idea, would like to donate, or simply join our campaign… please get in touch today.
