We are looking for a dynamic, confident and motivated individual, wanting to make a difference by joining our team as a Young Adult Carers Development Officer.
This exciting role will support Young Adult Carers to access a range of advice, advocacy, information and support, enabling them to make positive choices, realise their potential, identify life goals and lead independent, fulfilling lives.
Hours: 21 hours per week
Salary: £24,000 – £26,000 per annum pro rata. Subject to experience
It will include promoting the needs and rights of Young Adult Carers to a broad range of agencies including schools and health and social care providers, alongside facilitating opportunities for young adult carers and their families to influence services and have their voice heard with decision makers.
